Three Springs area at lunch, 46 minutes.

Evening:
Box jumps, 5 x 5
DB floor press @ 80: 8,4,7,5,5
Various power clean, power shrug, clean pull, snatch pull combos
Bent over DB rows: 10, 15 each side @ 80
