strength

Gone the last week to SFO. Aside from a lot of walking, I did nothing.

Today:

20 ring pushups
5 x 5 DB floor press @ 80s
3 x 15-20 DB row @ 80
3 x 10-15 BB curl, mixed weights
1 x 20 weighted pushup @ +25
