MTB, GPP

Reverse Crites from 3 Springs, singlespeed, pretty hard. Muddy in places. About 60 minutes.

After work:
5 pullups + 5 dips at 30 second intervals
got 6 rounds in 3 minutes, then it was too hard.

Then,
5 pullups + 10 pushups, 11 rounds in 10 minutes.
