Friday
MTB (geared) for 2.5-3 hours on the Ridge, exploring technical trails. What a blast--super anaerobic too.
Saturday
55 pullups
Sunday
3 x 10 each:
DB rows @ 80
ring pushups
2.5 or so hours on the Ridge and in the Gulch, mostly working the same technical stuff as Friday--multiple rounds of serious anaerobic burnout.
