Work up to 3 sets x 3 reps @ 245 + 4 x vertical jump
Mixed in with:
Bench:
Work up to
1 @ 175 + 5 plyo pushups
1 @ 185 + 5 plyo pushups (PR for recent years)
3 sets x 2 reps @ 175 + 5 plyo pushups
A few power cleans @ 135, then 2 sets x 1 power clean + push press @ 185.
First time I've had 135 overhead in a long time.
