2 x 5 burpee box-jump
decided my pec pull from yesterday wasn't doing well on high box jumps
So:
90 burpee pullups
5 x 10 (about 70 seconds per set)
1 x 20 (in about 3 minutes)
1 x 20 (in 5 minutes, on a 15 second timer)
