strength

Kind of an odd day due to equipment limitations and pains:

Pullups:
12
8,7,6 @ +25

Dips:
12
12, 10, 8 @ +25

Push Press:
5 @ 95, 115

Front Squats:
a few sets @ 135, then stopped due to hamstring twinge

DB rows:
12 @ 60
10 @ 70

SGDLs off a 4" step:
3 x 6 -- great exercise
