50 jumping pullups
50 KB swings @ 53#
50 push press @ 45#
50 walking lunge steps
50 knees to elbows
Time 22:04. Alternated the KTEs with other exercises.
Then:
2 x 10 burpees, max speed.
This was supposed to be 50 burpees, but I was too far gone.
