strength

"deloading" again.

Power Clean:
Warmup, then
1 x 135 every 15 seconds for 2 minutes

Deadlift:
2 x 12 @ 135

Pullups:
26, 16, 8, 10 @ bw

DB Rows
2 x 12 @ 80 each hand
these are remarkably harder after a few hard sets of pullups!
