alternated w/ Flat Bench: 10 x 3 @ 135
Misc power cleans & push jerks @ 115, power cleans @ 135
First time doing any substantial bench volume in several years at least. Decided on 10 sets of 3 to get some decent volume with minimal chance of screwing myself up. Felt great, actually.
