Power clean:
8 @ 95
6 @ 115
4 @ 135
Push press:
8, 6 @ 95
4 @ 105
Front squat:
8 @ 105
6 @ 125
4 @ 135
Bench press:
8 @ 115
6 @ 135
2 @ 155 (didn't feel I could hit 4)
Then:
10, 8, 6 x weighted pushup @ +35
3 x 10 pullups (supinated grip)
