upper body strength-endurance

Knee is a bit sore from yesterday and time was short. Worked a circuit of:

12 or 8 x pullup
30 second plank hold
12 or 6 x towel KB curl @ 36 or 53
20 x triceps pushdowns @ purple band
15 x face pulls @ purple band

4 rounds.
